Feadon Farm Wildlife Centre is part of the luxury 5 star ‘Ladals Gwel An Mor’ resort situated above the fishing village of Portreath in Cornwall.
Much of Feadon Farms conservation work includes breeding and releasing programmes for vulnerable species of wildlife. It offers the public invaluable learning experiences and interaction with the animals. They are passionate about ensuring business works and supports the local environment and eco system.
The Wildlife Centre has planted a wide range of fauna and native wild flowers to help support the surrounding wildlife. To compliment this, an Eco Tree Hive was installed on the 8th July 2019 right on the edge of the woods next to a public footpath. Within 2 days a swarm of bees took up residence and is still thriving 15 months later.
